GMHBA Stadium - Brownlow Stand (Stage 4)

GMHBA Stadium at Kardinia Park, is the home of the Geelong Cats AFL team and has been a part of the urban fabric of Geelong for almost 75 years. Although best known for AFL, the Stadium is a truly multi-purpose venue.

Stage 4 completed in 2017, saw the redevelopment of the new Brownlow Stand on the Western Side of the ground, which also became the ‘front door’ of the stadium and the entry point for the majority of spectators and visitors.

It also included the new High Performance Centre for the Geelong Cats AFL side, new 600 seat Function room, new Social Club and corporate suites and media centre.

Warrick was Project Lead for Populous in a novated D&C procurement process for this complex stage.
