GMHBA Stadium Redevelopment (Stage 5)

GMHBA Stadium at Kardinia Park, is the home of the Geelong Cats AFL team and has been a part of the urban fabric of Geelong for almost 75 years. Although best known for AFL, the Stadium is a truly multi-purpose venue.

Stage 5, the final stage of the redevelopment started in 2020 and is now under construction and due for completion in 2023.

It will provide a capacity of 14,000 people and include an improved fan experience with upgraded food and beverage and toilet facilities, improved BOH operational and staff areas as well as new player and official areas.

Warrick was Project Lead for Populous in a novated D&C procurement process.
